Update on the Presentation...

A new wonder will move into my parents life - and they will get joy back in their life ;-) Nothing can replace Tenzo but a new little dog has already won their hearts from a distance.

2011 was a fantastic year for us - a PHD degree gained and a litter of 8 wonderful small lives now thriving in Norway and Denmark - widely scattered and living with wonderful owners who adore them;-) We hope to see all our puppies in 2012 with families ;-) We are also very excited to be able to follow two girls Quenya and Qasue growing up - who knows whether they will be able to contribute to the next generations of Groenendael and Tervueren - only time will tell ;-)

Weight added for Qaydo, Qasue, Q´Lima, O´Shaya and Quenya.

Panther, Prinia, Tenzo, Qooper, Quenya and Qasue will be at the Christmas show this weekend.

Due to very tragic circumstances the very promising Qooper was never picked up this morning - he is now looking for at very good and loving home with serious intentions of training and also someone who is willing to let him show at dogshows. Homes at Sealand or Fyn are preferred. The homepage will be updated later with more info.

Panther and Pica (Neela) will be at the DKK show in Herning this year.

Onyx and I qualified for DKK DM in Rally advanced class - but we will not be able to participate.

Pica (Neela) took her first stick for Rally Beginner yesterday - with me :-) Thanks to Dorte and Claus for letting us try this together :-)

The last AD result came for the P litter - Panda also has AD 0 - this makes the P litter come out with 6 times HD A + AD 0 !!!! The most fantastic result - we are so happy and grateful!

Wow time is running - 1 month from estimated birth - we are halfway now.

21 Belgians participated but O´Shaya was the only getting a title as BOB/BIR - not even a BOS/BIM was found.

The litter after Orion has HD=A for three puppies and HD=B for the last one. All four has AD=0

This also applies for the grandchildren of O´Shaya who all four have AD = 0 now :-) Three of them also have HD = A and we are waiting for the last result now. They are children of our Orion

O´Gaia had a very good race in FMBB agility yesterday and got no. 33 out of 136 participants! Great!!!!

Now there  only 12 days have to pass before we meet the new little boy - T ... of Red Fox.

We now know that Panther, Paca and Prinia with attend the DKK Næstved show and Panther, Prinia, Pica (Neela), Onyx and O´Shaya will attend the SBH Stigs Bjergby show. Both shows are in April.

If there is a largely agreed interest in taking a UHP -  Endurance test - we consider arranging another test during the autumn.

Yesterday I compeeded with Onyx in Rally Ø and got 97 points and won the class :-) So this has been a very very nice weekend for all of us!

Planning of O´Shayas last litter progresses and we have a very nice male in our scope but nothing definite:-) More about these plans will be here in the future. Litter planned for spring/summer 2011.

New pictures of Panda taken a few hours after she woke up from a sedation - so she is a bit tired! But beautiful and sweet anyway. Look at the frontpage and at her own pages here.

4 of our puppies have x-rayed as a prestatus for Hip dysplasia (HD) and elbow dysplasia (AD) and the results of all 4 of them are very promising. But we will have to wait another year to see what the final status will be for each of them. All of the owners have agreed to wait for at final x-ray and status until next year as a part of a research project. A total of 10 dogs will participate in the project and the hope is that it will generate new knowledge that can be a help to all dogs in regards of HD and AD! I am so grateful to all the owners that will allow their dogs to participate as this is an important project.

Yesterday we also did progeny class and breeders class and got honourprize in both of them. We went to the semifinals in the big ring! And showed the Groenendael to all the spectators in Herning!

We are looking so much forward to seeing Ori and Ailin again this summer - they will go all the way from Norway to The World Dog Show in Denmark in June :-)

Orion took his second first price in the Elite Class (obedience) with 295/320 point - winner of the class! He is now 1 first price away from the Norwegian Obedience Championat - we are so proud of you Ailin and Ori!

I have completed the DKK Breeders Education yesterday and am now waiting for a visit from the club to get the last approval - it was a good course and very relevant for both new and very experienced breeders.

In the litter sired by Cezar both females suffer from Addison disease at the age of 1½ year - so we have decidid to stop all breeding on him and participate in a research regarding this very grave disease and try to find out if there is a heritable component of the disease in our breed. The mother of the litter will do the same as decided by her owner. Update on the pages of "about Cezar" and "Cezars puppies".

Orfeus is still looking for at loving home - he stayes with us until the right home is there! He is such a kind a calm dog!

O´Gaia and Onyx participated too and got third and fourth best female Groenendael :-)

Yesterday we met Pandion (Balder) in Odense and we can now say that he got his last testicle on set just after he moved from us. So none of the males from our litters are cryptorchid and this is just great!!!!!! He is a real beauty with a very open and happy attitude greating all dogs and humans with great joy! Just like the rest of the gang :-)

We now know that O´Gaia, Onyx, Prinia and Panther will be attending the Christmas show in Hårlev in November :-) And this is almost like an early Christmas present for us - we just can´t wait to be there!

Paca was her today and we took some new nice pictures of the beauty :-)

Today O´Shaya and I participated in an official DKK agility tournament. And despite the long break during this year due to the puppies O´Shaya was fantastic and took a stick in agility 1 and one in jump 1. We got a nice 3.rd place in both races. Then we ran the jump 2 and got a 5.th place with 5 errors :-) We have certainly had a wonderful day.

Today Pepin and Ole took his first AG1 stick and got 2. winner in the race. Allan and O´Gaia won the class 2 jump and got the second stick. So this has really been a very great day for Ollegaarden :-)

Odier passed Rally-Ø for the third time and is now a Rally-Ø mester going for the expert class. She passed with 93/100 and a beautiful 3. winner of the class. Congratulations to Bodil!

O´Gaia went all the way to the top and got BOB/BIR today at the SBH show in Stigs Bjergby :-) Congratulation to Jette and Allan who really have worked for this achievement! You deserve it all! Onyx went exc. 2 after O´Gaia and O´Shaya was Exc. 2 in the Champion class. But is was so nice a day for all of us.

We also met a puppy after Cezar (Pepin Bergerac de Hu) called Liska (D'Isabels Jenny). She was so nice with a very outgoing and happy temperament and a nice red colour. Beautiful head and expression. We hope to see more of her in the future and hopefully we will soon meet the other three puppies of the litter. They are said to be extremely outgoing, working and happy dogs so I am really looking forward to meeting them. Pictures will soon be here of all the above dogs mentioned and many more :-)

Several dogs from Ollegaarden will be at the unofficial show in Stigs Bjergby kreds 8 at the 25.th of October :-) Onyx, O´Gaia, O´Shaya and Elite will attend it... And there will be agility too. And many of them will also be at the official obedience test LP same place the weekend after.

The litter after our Cezar (Pepin Bergerac) was puppy tested this Monday to see their potentials and mentality. They are very nice not dominant dogs with good training potentials generally seen. See their tests under Cezar´s puppies :-) After the test they got their names :-)

O´Gaia went BIR & BIS2 at the unoff. show in Måløv! Congratulations to Jette & Allan!

And I went with O´Shaya to our very first official agility competition at the end of August - and we ran without faults in both JUMP sessions :-) And won the first session among more than 20 participant - I was so surprised and happy and I just couldn´t believe it. So now we have to attend some more competitions - we are getting totally addicted to this sport :-) At the same competition Ole and Cezar won the other JUMP session! Congratulations to them!

Yesterday Orion went through the Norwegian Mentaldescription (MH) with very nice result! Congratulation to him and Ailin! One week ago the did the OBE/LP 2 for the first time and they passed and won their class - so now they can compeed in class 3! I am so proud of them :-)

Many new results and pictures will be at these pages asap - we are working on it :-) Congratulations to Anne and Orfeus who finally got the LP1 yesterday! And to Ole and Cezar who went 2. in ag 1 Saturday at the Danish Specialty!

Orfeus attended LP class 1 yesterday and due to very unfortunate circumstances he just missed ½ a point to get his class 1. He was working beautifully with Anne and we were so proud of him. In the comments from the judge it said: " A couple that in the future will be able to go all the way to the top"! Pictures from the event will come here asap.

Cezar and Ole still have to find their rythm together and their competition in agility yesterday was fun but without results - better luck next time! We know you can do it!
