Omega went through a clinical examination which showed us that she had pain in her left hip. This made us decide to let her get peace and leave this world yesterday. We are all in great grief here and miss her terribly already :-( |

Today we - Omega & Christina - compeeded in an uofficial Beginners Obedience
Test (a lot like a LP1 test) and we got 172 points out of 180. It was a hard
competition among the 7 participants but we won this time. Jette and O´Gaia
got a very nice 4. place with 164/180 points and I know they are beginning
to really work nice together in the training :-) Look out for this couple -
they are fast and ambitious! There are also new obedience results for Orfeus and Exodus - they had a nice and relaxed day I think :-) Poor Anne had two funny boys with her to the competitions. But I know what they contain so we have high hopes for them in the spring :-) |

Yesterday Kennel Ollegaarden´s did what no other Belgian breeder have ever
done before in Denmark. At the International Copenhagen Winner Show we won
the Progeny class and got no. 2 in the Breeding class for all breeds in the
Finale. This was a very big event for all of us and we are so proud and
happy and very thankfull to our wonderful puppyowners who made this day and
success possible. The Progeny class group consisted of Ollegaarden´s Omega,
O´Gaia, Odier and Onyx. The Breeding class group was the same only added the
mother of the four girls: O´Shaya Bergerac. They were so alike as they stood
there in the ring only 11 months old and lacking the calmness of the older
dogs they were up against. O´Shaya Bergerac also went BOB and DKK KBHV 07 and her daughter Odier got her first CAC. So when we went home we still couldn´t believe that we had had so many wonderful experiences in one single day. This was also a day with very big participation in the Groenendael ring. 19 Groenendaels compeeded for the KBHV 07 title and this was a very large number of dogs under Danish conditions. We took a lot of pictures and will hopefully be able to bring some later this day :-) |
