Q-LITTER
| 21.10.11 |
So this was the day Q´Lima left us with her new family. Qasue, Qito, Qaydo,
Qti and Qatla left us Monday. Now Qooper will leave for his new home next
week and our home will be very empty! But we are sure that Quenya will
entertain us. She is the master of shoes, toys, any kinds of woods and
electricity. So she will have to be taught manners during the forthcoming
weeks ;-) We have heard that everything is going great in all of the homes of Qasue, Qito, Qaydo, Qti and Qatla. We look so much forward to seing them and their families again in the future!!!!! |

| 10.10.11 | What a wonderful visit yesterday :-) The puppies enjoyed it and I do believe that their future families did as well :-) The puppies are growing a lot these days and develop very nicely :-) Weight schedule updated! | |||||
| 08.10.11 | So windy but we went to the beach - 8 puppies in the car - not very silent but merrily not vomiting ;-) Big experience for them - now they are sleeping! | |||||
| 06.10.11 | Rainy weather and the wind is blowing here - not the perfect spot for 6 weeks old puppies - but they enjoy short runs in the garden and then inside the house again. The puppies had visits Monday and Tuesday too and they just loved it! | |||||
| 04.10.11 | The puppies have had many wonderful visits - and they enjoy it. Next Friday they will be puppy tested and new homes for them decided. It will be a very exciting day for us all :-) | |||||

| 28.09.11 | Outside again today - they just love it! They have a tent with blankets in and they play outside and then go inside all of them to sleep in one big group. :-) | |||||

| 18.09.11 | Some of the coming new owners of the puppies came to visit today - we all had a wonderful time! The babies are now so tired and relaxed :-) | |||||

| 11.09.11 | Yesterday all the puppies ate their lunch outside - in the warm sun. Big experience for them! They are soooo hungry now! And adding weight every day! | |||||
| 08.09.11 | Some of the puppies have started to wait for me in the morning - they want attention and food :-) Especially the red, yellow and purple girls and the blue boy are very interested :-) But the others follow them shortly :-) | |||||

The puppies have opened their eyes :-) Seeing the world for the very first
time must be very special :-) The names of the puppies will be: girls: Qasue, Q´lima, Qatla, Quenya, Qti and boys: Qooper, Qito and Qaydo. |

| 01.09.11 | Very soon the puppies will open their eyes :-) When you see pictures of them at the moment most of them do not wear collars. Most of them are easy to identify as there are different colours and genders :-) | |||||
| 31.08.11 | Some of the puppies are trying to walk - they are very eager in this litter :-) I believe they should wait until they have opened their eyes :-) | |||||

At the exact day the puppies were born - strong and big - 3 Groenendael
females and 2 males, 2 Tervueren females and a male. One of the Tervueren
females is more yellow and the last female and the male are very dark and
look red at the moment. Everybody is doing fine - the babies are comfortable
and eat a lot. It seems quite peacefull in the crate! Pictures and specific info will follow soon - some of the puppies are still available for active homes. |

| 18.08.2011 | Still going up - will try to get a new weight on Shaya later today - she is breathing heavily now so not many days left. But she is really doing fine! | |||||
| 08.08.2011 | 26 kg - going up and up! So big - now we really look forward to see what is hiding inside her big tummy :-) The black whale is here! | |||||
| 26.07.2011 | Ok we could have left out the ultrasound - O´Shaya is getting so big especially around her caudal ribs - she now weighs 24.4 kg - we normally keep her around 22.5. This time it is definitely not fat and she is so calm and relaxed :-) Beginning to think of names with a nice Q start! | |||||
| 22.07.2011 | Halfway to birth now - amazing how time flies when you´re having fun :-) O´Shaya had a period of 7-10 days with no appetite at all and I had to try almost anything to make her eat. Now that period seems to be over - she is more alert and fun and wants to eat :-) | |||||
| 19.07.2011 | Ultrasound today revealed 7-9 babies on their way through development - we are extremely happy and somehow we better understand that O´Shaya is soooo tired and that her appetite waxes and wanes. So 5 weeks from now we will know much more!! | |||||

| 18.07.2011 | Now we know for sure: O´Shaya is pregnant! Several coming babies could be felt in her woomb yesterday so now we just have to be patient and wait 5 weeks. She has all the signs of a pregnancy. No appetite and so tired that I find it hard to believe that this is the same dog that flies around the agility lanes :-) We have chosen to let her have 5 weeks of vacation now with shorter trips and rest in large amounts :-) | |||||

We did progesterone measurements last week and Sunday we knew that we
had to travel to Schweiz :-) So we left very very early Monday morning and
in the evening Aristo and O´Shaya had a perfect mating. This was repeated on
Tuesday and Wednesday too before we drove home to little Denmark :-)
Pictures will come soon. Aristo is an extremely friendly and lovely boy with lots of charm. O´Shaya loved him from the first moment! He loves people and dogs and he is very agile. Aristo is not a big male - 23 kg and 62 cm high so I think he is a very very good match for O´Shaya. |
